Mr. Berger specializes in the optimization of telework in companies, through a proven implementation method developed in partnership with Service-Québec, which involves, among other things, a telework audit, a review of policies and procedures, a deployment strategy and, of course, training.
With 2 decades of experience in telecommuting and training his own teams and his clients and having led a company that operated exclusively with telecommuting resources for nearly 20 years, Mr. Berger founded Telework Academy Inc., whose mission is the demystification and democratization of telecommuting. To optimize telework for his clients, Mr. Berger has surrounded himself with consultants and trainers who are specialists in professions relevant to telework such as law, notary, human resources management, leadership coaching and information and communication technologies.
